Management: H.O. “Butch” Bartlett
H.O. “BUTCH” BARTLETT, CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER
Butch was motivated for success from the beginning. Working for the family business, his father, Harold Bartlett, once told Butch that he would never fire him. Instead, he would make sure that Butch was kept in the dirtiest job in the business…cleaning waste baskets after a show.
As the Chief Strategy Officer, Butch Bartlett is responsible for shaping organizational strategy, fostering strategic alliances, guiding internal and external communications, strategic growth initiatives, and process improvement. In short, Butch is responsible for ensuring that Tradeshow Logic is never bound by “the way things have always been done.” He began his career with Andrews-Bartlett working summers cleaning waste baskets and sweeping the warehouse floor. He went on to become President and CEO in 1976, where he grew the company by adding services and acquiring several vertical companies in the tradeshow industry to include an advertising agency, audiovisual company, and exhibitor specialty services company. Andrews-Bartlett was sold to GES in 1998. Butch worked for GES as Senior Executive V.P. of Sales & Marketing until 2003 and then served as consultant until 2008. Before joining Tradeshow Logic, Butch founded SCEF, to utilize his event development expertise to benefit charitable organizations in Northeast Ohio. SCEF is a charitable foundation that creates, develops and produces community wide public events that benefit other charitable organizations.
Butch has served on the Board of Directors for several industry-related companies to include TradeshowLogistics.
